This is one of the ConstructoMax Metal Roofing System Roll Formers operating on site at the Historic Cleveland Street Telephone Building in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida for a restoration project on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

We installed a new cantilevered awning and aluminum metal roofing panels - precisely fitted and mounted to the restored steel framework, all while using durable, environmentally friendly materials.

This step reintroduces a signature 1914 element back to the historic telephone building - a wraparound canopy originally suspended by tie rods and brackets. The aluminum roof offers modern resilience while honoring the building’s historic design.
